The goal of our Arts Education program is to help you find learning opportunities in dance, music, literary, theatre, and visual art, as well as to create and motivate public support for arts education. We believe that practice and participation in the arts are vital to the development of our children and our community.

• SPECTRA Matching Grants - Due to exceptional response from schools, the Cultural Council has awarded $35,000 in SPECTRA Matching Grants for the 2011-12 school year to support schools in meeting their arts education goals. The grants are now closed. Please watch for news of additional opportunities, should funds become available.
