The Cultural Council recognizes the arts as essential elements of a well-rounded education. Through SPECTRA Matching Grants, Special Initiatives and the Teaching Artist Directory, we assist schools and the community in improving the quality of life by connecting them with arts education opportunities throughout Santa Cruz County.
