Art Exhibits at the County Government Center

701 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, California

The Cultural Council loves to share community art with you! The County Government Center allows us to do so. Four fine exhibits annually are displayed at the Government Center. These quarterly exhibits are brought to the community by the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County in collaboration with the Santa Cruz County Department of Parks, Open Space & Cultural Services.

The County Government Center is often one of the fine venues on the First Friday Art Tour! View a sampling of what some of our talented local artists currently have on display there...click here.

We invite you to visit the Santa Cruz County Government Center to view the current outstanding exhibit. Click on the links below to see who's exhibiting now!

The Community Wall!

Tropical BirdIf your community organization would like to gain access to a public area to display your group's artwork, consider the County Government Center's Community Wall. This visible area is approximately 35' long by 8.5' high, and is located at the end of the first floor hallway. This exhibit area is for community organizations only; individuals are not eligible to use this wall for exhibiting.

Community organizations can reserve the Community Wall by the month,* and exhibit subject matter must fall within established guidelines.**
