| A. Cultural Council staff verifies completed applications and submits those eligible to the Review Panel. The Grants Panel reviews all applications and support material. The Panel evaluates, discusses, and then assigns final scores to each application. The Grants Committee (comprised of Board members) makes funding recommendations to the Board of Directors based on these scores. The Board votes for final approval of the funding allocations. |
