This weekend, May 16th & 17th, fun can be had by all at the Santa Cruz River Arts Festival located at San Lorenzo Park. This free, family event is really a showcase of some of the remarkable artists and their wares that allow our community boasting rights. The Festival is a fully enjoyable way to spend a day or two with family and friends as you support your favorite thing in all the world--Arts & Culture! Plentiful tasty food, too! River Arts Festival 2009

You are invited to join in the festivities on Saturday &

Sunday, May 16 & 17,  11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

at the San Lorenzo Park in downtown Santa Cruz.

   Admission is free!

We’re featuring a wonderful collection of unique handcrafted

artworks by over 80 artists.

This year, we have added a Festival Wine Garden where you

can sample local wines, enjoy gourmet food.

Be entertained by performers on the Wine Garden Stage and

Duck Island Stage.

There are over 11 great Art Installations to behold.

Hands-On Art Activities all day long for young and old.

The Kinetic Art Cruz on Sunday at 10 a.m. starting on

Pacific Avenue.
