Foundation Feature: The Health Trust
A recent grant from The Health Trust helps to support the Rotary Mobile Medical Clinic, which is bringing much-needed healthcare and social services directly to community members who need it most.
Catholic Charities’ partnership with The Health Trust spans many years, including working together to support Family Resource Centers in Santa Clara County, piloting an innovative senior nutrition initiative, and teaming up in a critical food distribution network launched at the start of the COVID pandemic. Their leadership is an active community presence, recently engaging in a convening about services in Gilroy cohosted by CCSCC, and reaching out to learn more about supporting our immigrant community. Foundation healthcare and social services directly to community members who need it most. Together, we continue to find innovative ways to serve our community and create a lasting impact.

The Rotary Mobile Medical Clinic had its official unveiling in October and is now hitting the road with free medical screenings and services. The Health Trust’s grant supports CCSCC staff providing scheduling with host locations, patient registration – and of course, driving the RMMC around the County on its journey to bring health access directly to the community.
